This acquisition brings many positive changes for EGT agents. The Mark Travel Corporation is one of the most recognized and respected companies in the industry offering industry leading perks, programs and benefits to travel agents, many of which EGT agents have been requesting for the past few years. EGT travel agents can feel comfortable knowing that they now have access to all of the programs and benefits from a company that has been an industry leader for more than 40 years.

We are proud to assure you that you and your customers will continue to receive the service you have come to expect. There are currently no changes in how you book new reservations or access current reservations. We will make every effort to notify you of any future updates, so please check back often.
Q: How do I make new bookings or changes to any existing bookings?
A: You can make new bookings and changes to existing bookings as you always have.
Q: What about the long term? Will there be any changes to how I book?
A: Over the next 30-45 days we will be migrating off the EGT system and all bookings and reservations will be migrated to our industry leading booking engine,
VAXVacationAccess and FunjetAgent.com. The date of this transition will be announced and we will make you aware of any changes with advance notice.
Q: If I need help with my reservation where do I go?
A: The same EGT service and support team is available as usual to you and your customers.
Q: Is EGT as a Company going away? Will EGT now be a Funjet Vacations brand?
A: The EGT Brand will now operate as a part of the Funjet Vacations brand and will enhance options for travel agents when booking group vacations. We are happy to welcome EGT travel agents to the Mark Travel family.
Q: Will I have the same BDM?
A: Over the next period of time, your sales support will be transitioned to a member of Funjet’s nationwide sales team. The EGT sales team will remain in place for a period of time to help with this transition of sales support.
Q: What is happening to the EGT office?
A: The EGT office will remain open for the foreseeable future, and Funjet Vacations will gain additional expertise and resources in call center and groups support which will operate out of EGT's New York-based office.
Q: Who will be my BDM now?
A: If you already work with Funjet Vacations/The Mark Travel Corporation you will be familiar with your Business Development Manager. If Mark Travel is new to you, a member of the team will reach out to you.
