As an independent contractor representing our company, we ask that all emails be written in a business-appropriate format, including a formal greeting at the beginning and a respectful sign-off at the end. Leaving out a sign-off can come across as abrupt and unprofessional, even if unintended.

This applies to all correspondence with BNT, as you are engaging with your host agency, not a personal contact. Please also ensure your tone and choice of words remain courteous and professional in all messages.

Lastly, we’d like to reiterate that BNT Travel Group reserves the right to terminate agent accounts that do not align with company standards and expectations.
