Don’t Miss Important BNT Emails

We have noticed that some of our emails may occasionally land in Spam, Promotions, or Advertising folders, especially for Gmail users.

To avoid missing important updates, please take 2 minutes to complete the steps below:

Gmail users:

• Open Gmail and open an email from us

• Click the three vertical dots (More) next to the Reply button

• Select Filter messages like this

• Click Create filter

• Check the box "Never send it to Spam"

• Click Create filter

Check your Spam / Promotions folder regularly, especially if you are waiting for vendor access, commission updates, or support responses.

Please understand that we only send important information related to your membership, vendor access, training, policy updates, commissions, and account-related matters.

Occasionally, we may also send important notices regarding your membership status with BNT Travel Group.

Missing or overlooking emails due to spam filters, promotions tabs, or unchecked folders remains the agent’s responsibility.
