We would like to clarify an important point regarding communication with our support team.
We read and review every single email. No message is ever ignored or left without a response. Our support team works very intensively and responds to all agents in the order requests are received.
Our goal is not to give short or dismissive replies, but to provide clear explanations and proper guidance so that processes are fully understood and you can work with confidence. Because of this, some responses may take a bit more time, but they are always thoughtful and complete.
We kindly ask agents not to mark emails as “urgent” or request immediate responses. In most cases, urgency does not change the outcome, especially when it comes to vendor registrations, which are handled by the vendors themselves and can take up to 24–48 hours.
Before reaching out with questions about vendors, bookings, or processes, we strongly recommend:
