It is critically important that you protect your passwords at all times.
Vendor platforms, back office systems, email accounts, and any related tools must be secured and kept in a place that is not accessible to anyone else. Do not share your passwords with colleagues, assistants, friends, family members, or clients under any circumstances.
If a booking is cancelled, modified, or if any financial damage or data breach occurs through your login credentials, it is the agent’s full responsibility. This includes financial liability.
All actions inside vendor systems are tracked. Many things can be traced after the fact, but prevention is always better than investigation.
Please take a moment today to review:
- where your passwords are stored
- who may have access to them
- whether two-factor authentication is enabled
We operate under one master license and one brand. The security practices of each agent affect all of us.
Please treat your login credentials the same way you would treat your banking information.
In addition, if you ever see a booking in your account that does not belong to you and you are unsure what it is, you must immediately notify the BNT Support Team.
Under no circumstances should you cancel or modify that booking.
If you are not 100 percent certain about what you are doing, do not take any action. Contact Support first.
Any unauthorized cancellation or modification of another agent’s booking may result in serious financial liability and internal disciplinary action.
When in doubt, stop and ask.
