Inside the BNT Back Office

BNT back office new_edited_edited.jpg

What opens on day one

You will receive access to the BNT Back Office - the one hub with seven destinations.
Two are required before you book. The rest you will use every week you are in business.

BNT Explained:
10 Short onboarding videos: How to start, how to get vendor access, how commissions are paid, how to avoid the mistakes that cost new agents money.

Policies:
Focused videos on the rules that govern every booking you make. Watch before you book, not after something goes wrong.

Quick Guide:
Vendor access and booking guidelines. The operational core of the back office, and the one section that stays behind the login.

Tools, Forms, Links:
The paperwork that protects you: waivers, card authorization, direct commission invoicing, a sales tracker, client templates.

Submit Booking:
One form. You book directly with the supplier, then log it here so BNT can track and pay the commission.

Travel Leaders and Leads:
Your Travel Leaders Network profile, Cruise Complete, supplier trainings, marketing programs and seminars.

BNT Academy Premium (optional):
Deeper training, strategy and mentoring for agents who want to move faster. $35 per month, cancel any time.

Welcome module

Every host agency claims training. Here are the actual titles in the required Welcome module:

1. Welcome
2. Important
3. How to Begin as a New BNT Travel Advisor
4. Commissions & Payments
5. No submission. No commission.
6. How to Track Commissions
7. Account Security & Liability
8. How to Stay Active & Avoid Renewal Fee
9. 9. Fraud: Don't Let This Happen to You!
10. Ten Tips & Three Cs Rule

Policies module

Short, specific, and built around the questions that generate the most support email. If you have been in the industry a while, you will recognize which of these you have never actually been taught. Policies module includes these training videos:

1.  BNT Agent Activity
2.  Agent Survival Guide
3.  Stop Collecting Vendors, Start Booking Travel
4.  Agent Payment Rules: Discounts, Rebating and Commission
5.  How to Get Paid on Direct Hotel Group Bookings

What you do here: watch once before your first booking. Come back to the payment rules video every time a client asks for a discount or a rebate.

The paperwork that protects you

This is what experienced advisors check first, and what most host agencies never show. Every form below is in the back office on day one.

Documentation is not bureaucracy. It is the difference between a chargeback you can defend and one you pay for yourself.

What we included here:
Travel Insurance Waiver Form - Signed by any client who declines coverage. Documents that insurance was offered, that the risks were explained, and that you and BNT are released from liability for the losses that follow.
Credit and Debit Card Authorization Form - Confirms client identity, consent, and transaction details before BNT or a vendor charges a card. This is your primary defense against a chargeback.

BNT Direct Hotel Commission Invoice - For direct group bookings made outside the preferred vendor network. Complete it, save as a PDF, and send to the hotel's commission department.

Sales Report Template - Track client and trip details, vendor, sale amount, commission, and payment status in one place. A sample file is included.

Client Message Templates - Ready introductory copy for social media and email, so a new advisor is not staring at a blank screen on day one.

What you do here: download the waiver before a client declines insurance. Use the card authorization form before any card is charged. Keep the sales tracker current so you always know what commission you're owed.

How booking actually works here

If your current platform is the reason you are reading this page, read this part twice.

There is no single booking platform. There are dozens, and you get your own login to each one.

This is what surprises newbies - every cruise line, tour operator, and resort brand runs its own booking platform and its own training academy.
BNT registers you with each vendor you desire (see the list of vendors), and from that point the login is yours. You are booking in the same system the cruise line's own reservations team uses, with live inventory and their own agent support line behind it.

The same is true of training. Suppliers teach their own products, in their own academies, usually free and often with a certification at the end. That training is better than anything a host agency could write about someone else's product, and it is what makes you credible on a sales call.

If you want one screen instead of many, Travel Leaders Network gives you Cruise Complete, which searches and books most major cruise lines in a single interface.

BNT Back Office - Not a booking system. The place you get registered with all of the above, learn the rules, download the forms, submit the booking, and get paid. After the booking is made and fully paid, you submit it through this form so BNT can track it and pay you when the vendor pays. That is the entire administrative side of working with us.

What stays behind the login

We would rather tell you exactly what we are holding back than pretend the whole thing is open.

Quick Guide: Vendor Access and Booking Guidelines

The document that tells you which suppliers you have access to, how to register with each of them, how their booking and commission terms work, and how BNT expects each one to be handled.

Why this one is not public

Supplier registration paths and negotiated terms belong to the agencies that hold them. Publishing them would put BNT's vendor relationships at risk, and every one of those relationships exists so that our agents can sell.

The same applies to preferred supplier commission levels, business development contacts, and webinar registration links. If a host agency publishes those openly, ask what protection you are actually buying.

Support

BNT support is email-based. Everything is written down, which means your issue has a record and the answer does not depend on who picked up.

Response time: Most questions receive answers within one business hour, often sooner. Vendor registration requests may take up to 24 hours, depending on the vendor's response time.

What the back office is not

Read this before you enroll. It has saved many people a lot of disappointment.

Not a lead machine
Travel Leaders Network gives you a professional profile and a chance at online leads, but leads are not distributed equally to every agent, and no host agency in this industry can guarantee clients. Your bookings will come from your network, referrals, social media and your niche.

Not a substitute for vendor training
Every vendor runs its own academy and its own booking platform, and they teach their product better than any host agency could. BNT registers you and explains how BNT works. Learning a specific cruise line's booking screen is between you and that cruise line, and doing that work is what makes you worth hiring.

Not a booking engine
Deliberately. You book in each vendor's own system, where the live inventory lives. The back office is where you get registered, learn the rules, document, submit, and get paid.

Not a recruiting downline
BNT is a host agency, not an MLM. There is no downline, no recruiting requirement, and your income doesn't depend on signing up other people.
