Empower yourself to outsmart scammers.

Writer: BNT Travel GroupBNT Travel Group

Avoid unexpected calls or emails about last-minute flight bookings or high-end accommodations. Scammers often exploit urgent travel needs.

If you aren’t familiar with the client, especially if they claim to have "found you online" or were "recommended by someone else," they may be trying to scam you. Requesting a copy of their passport is advisable, as it's harder to falsify than a driver's license or credit card.

If you receive a last-minute booking from an unknown client, please notify our Support Team. Our credit card processor verifies some information, but our staff can flag suspicious bookings for additional investigation.

IMPORTANT!

As an agent, you are fully responsible for all payments and transactions. While BNT can assist, we are not liable for fraudulent activities. Please always be careful, especially when the potential for commissions is high. Remember: you are 100% financially responsible for your transactions.
