• Title (e.g., Independent Travel Advisor, Senior Travel Consultant, etc.)

• Affiliation: BNT Travel Group, Travel Leaders

• Phone number and/or preferred contact method

• Optional: website, booking link, social media (if relevant)

A clear and professional signature builds trust, reinforces your brand, and shows respect for the person on the other end of the conversation.
