As our network continues to grow, we want to clarify the role of BNT Support so expectations are aligned from day one.
What BNT Support DOES
• Provide operational onboarding
• Grant access to preferred vendors and booking platforms
• Maintain top tier commission levels with major suppliers
• Process and distribute commissions upon receipt from vendors
• Provide the Quick Guide with approved vendors and booking direction
• Offer guidance on which vendors are profitable and reliable
• Protect vendor relationships and compliance
• Answer structural and policy questions related to BNT
What BNT Support Does NOT Do
• Provide step by step booking training for every vendor platform
• Act as a travel university teaching how to be a travel agent from scratch
• Provide one on one technical walkthroughs for third party booking platforms
• Confirm commissions inside vendor systems we do not control
• Fix errors made by booking outside Preferred Vendor list without approval
Each cruise line, tour operator, and booking engine has its own training modules inside their platforms. It is the agent’s responsibility to log in, complete vendor training, and understand how each system works before booking.
Starting to book without reviewing platform training will naturally create confusion.
BNT is a host agency built for producing, independent advisors who are ready to operate professionally. We provide access, structure, high commission tiers, and operational support. The execution inside vendor systems belongs to the advisor.
Agents who follow the Quick Guide, focus on preferred vendors, and complete platform training succeed quickly.
If you are serious about building production, especially in cruises and all inclusive packages, the support and structure are here.
Let’s operate like professionals and grow together!
